However, we purposely built the cottage in the mountains.
The cottage in the mountains, a little far from the sea, is really quiet.
There are no man-made objects around, so you can hear the chirping of birds,
The only sound you can hear is the sound of nature, the babbling of the stream flowing under the cottage.

In 1977, my father Mitsuaki was born in front of Kisami Ohama Beach.
Founded Sunny Side Coffee Shop.(Now closed) Located right in front of the sea and there was nothing nearby at the time, we had many foreign customers.Additionally, many customers who visit the cafe have told us that there are no accommodations nearby that they would like to stay at.Therefore, we decided to build a cottage that would satisfy foreign customers.We commissioned Honka, a leading manufacturer in Finland in Northern Europe, to import timber from Finland and build our passionate cottage in 1997.

The owner, Hamaguchi, is a mother raising a son in elementary school.
When I traveled myself, I had a hard time finding accommodations that were fun for families with children, so I want to make sure that families with children have a comfortable stay, and so I stock amenities for children.We have a wide range of toys available, from pretend play sets to Plarail, as well as plastic tableware, toilet seats, and baby chairs.
We hope you will use our cottage to create memories with your children as the period of raising them passes by in a flash.

High quality log houses made in Finland.It is airtight, keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.There are two buildings: Topi Building (maximum capacity 6 people) and Consta Building (maximum capacity 8 people).
There are only two cottages, so if you rent them out exclusively you will have a completely private space.It can accommodate up to 14 people, so it's perfect for families or groups of friends.

Sunnyside Cottage is located in the mountains where there is no mobile phone reception.We have WiFi, but we encourage you to take a break from your daily routine and do a digital detox.Spending time with family and friends in nature.Take a walk around the cottage with your children and encounter the many insects and seasonal plants, play on the nearby beach, and gaze up at the starry sky.I hope you can fully experience nature and go home feeling refreshed and refreshed.
